Requirements
Education:
Applicants must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree or one of the following certifications, which includes at least 700 hours of study: care assistant, nursing assistant, certified nursing aide, or practical nurse.
Experience:
Although direct work experience is not always required, having some experience in the field or related areas is beneficial. The level of experience needed depends on the specific job role.
Language Skills
Finnish
Applicants must have at least a basic level of Finnish language proficiency. The need for and implementation of language studies will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
English
Strong English skills will make daily life easier, as many tasks and interactions can be managed in English.
